Description of content: This Draft East African Standard specifies the requirements and methods of sampling and test for dried freshwater sardines species like Rastrineobola argentea, Stolothrissa tanganicae, Limnothrissa miodon, and Engraulicypris sardella, Engraulicypris bredoi, Brycinus nurse intended for human consumption. NOTE: This includes common names used in EAC such as 'Dagaa, Indagala, Isambaza' Mukene, Muziri), Omena, Ragogi and Usipa.
